The home is currently unfinished and $100,000 over budget. The house failed an electrical inspection, has cracks in the foundation, had $7,000 in mold damage, and had the wrong flooring installed. Over 18 months after the house was promised to be completed, the house still sits unfinished. Take one minute out of your day and write Stacey and Brian a note and tell them NOT to take advantage of our service members!

This is the absolute worst construction company out there. I was told by the owner, Stacey Bishop "Fuck You" after inquiring why my home was 8 mo overdue and $100K overbudget. The house failed multiple inspections. This company was "disolved after I attempted to file a legal action. Do yourself a favor and use ANY OTHER COMPANY!

If you are looking for a construction company I would advise looking someplace else. This company was mentioned by a friend but I cannot find any listing for East End Contsruction other than this web site. Additionally, I cannot find any listing for a Melanie Whitman. I called the listed number but was unable to leave a message. Seems very suspicious for a company that claims to be in business for 8 yrs to not have an operable answering machine. It is also suspicious that the company does not have an office address. There is however, another company, LI Custom Modular, listed in the Yellow Pages at 150 Waterview Dr, Southold NY 11971-2105 with the same exact phone number; (631) 765 -8410. The other company listed; Apex Homes Inc filed for bankruptcy last January. It seems a little shady to have a house built in PA that has filed for bankruptcy to be building on Long Island where codes and inspections are very different.

So this Company has filed Chapter 11 and is no longer doing business. The why is it still listed on this web site?

T Wilson and Tim McCallister are one and the same! Tim purchased a modular, a product, and the price was fixed. He was provided with numerous invoices, more than 14 were printed, specifically itemizing all his upgrades. He signed a contract and paid the invoice in full. He assumed responsibility, in writing, for completing the modular himself. He hired and paid the subcontractors himself, several of which claim they are still owed monies. IF he is over budget and the house is not yet complete, then its his own fault. Ms. Bishop made every attempt to assist, even going so far as to expedite permits, obtaining a very difficult permit in 15 minutes through use of her contacts, which exist because of her excellent reputation! For all her hard work, she has been subjected to threatening texts and harassing emails from Tim, and met with the Police and District Attorney after he emailed and phoned the school her children attend! She decided not to press charges then, referring the matter to her attorney, who warned Tim numerous times his behavior exceeded what could be considered harassment and to leave Ms. Bishop alone. Apparently he cannot, and I suspect Ms. Bishop will now be pursuing those criminal charges and civil action. During 8 yrs in business there had been no complaints until this man decided he knew better than everyone and could finish his house on his own: clearly he couldn't. And to post under 2 identities, to continue to harass and annoy, shows his character!
