Hi, We are David and Diane Thurston, we have been working with Chris Wilson who has been more than helpful with helping us get into the Bank of America Law Suite, we are very nervious we got our loan in 2006 CountyWide Stated income we have been paying Interest only for 7 years, we now own more than our loan was in the beginning and we put down $200,000 the bank did give us a Loan Mod in 2011 interest only for 5 years it's a joke, now they tell us we don't quailfy for a new loan after 7 years paying interest only and putting a large down Payment. We have had to stop making our Morgage Payment 2mo.now. We are so ready to get into this law suite . Not asking for anything for free just concered it we fit in. We paid $950,000 and paid for 7 years now owe over $1million and we are unter construction and living in our house and very much want to keep it. Are we just kicking the can down the road and thinking BofA will ever help us save our home?? Sorry for the BLA BLA Thanks Diane Thurston
