Dr Busch’s concern seemed very genuine towards me and he prescribed a stress test. Im really annoyed at the unprofessionalism of his practice Being this was my first stress test and nothing was explained I did not know that first half of the test was to be performed 15 minutes after the treadmill when your heart rate is escalated or I would of alerted someone before waiting an hour therefore the second resting test was a waste because it had the same results it was also not covered by my insurance company I would of appreciated the warning by a medical billing expert before I received a $3500 bill. Everyone in the office is so busy and constantly complains about how much work they have to do yet none of this time seems to be spent towards the patients I feel sorry for those who have to return to the negative environment of this office
