Currently building with Riverview / T & S Builder's LLC,Formerly Layton Construction Inc., while in Construction phase we went to the house and saw our Poured Concrete Walls Foundation was busted ! The Builder said the back hoe busted it ! We met with the Builder Ted Layton and expressed our concern and REQUESTED to be in constant communication so we could be aware and APPROVE the concrete repair our request was NOT followed through...we are currently concerned about the repair report, ONE the Engineer did NOT go on Site to reaffirm the repair that's stayed is done was done ! We also have been made aware that,RIVERVIEW currently building in Dogwood Meadows Milford Del has SEVERAL homes that have had FOUNDATION FAILURES - ONE house was not formed, properly and the inside wall collapsed, another home had to,be SHIMMIED up along with countless other horror stories l am now concerned about,the repair on our home and am,questioning ALL aspects of what's said to have been done to the foundation break ! I will,hold ANY and all responsible parties involved in the event,accident , injury or death happens as a result of this structrual damage and said repair that,could not be viewed my us or the Engineer Firm since we we're informed AFTER THE REPAIR...l will take all preventive procedures to bring this matter to the proper officials
