Please ask the garbage pickup people to close the lid on my container. I have a physical disability and unable to move the container so I leave it by the street and when someone visits, I ask them to take my garbage bags to the container. When it rains it fills with water and becomes a nest for mosquitos. I am unable to man handle the container to empty it. My residence is 1039 15th Street. Mobil home. Thanks.
