This is your new summer vacation spot! We have been going there for over 40 years. It has been updated and remodeled. I love that the beach and ocean is so close.

The owner Cheryl and her staff are the best. We go here a lot. The rooms and heated pool are all cleaned meticulously. It's really nice when you're lucky enough to get an ocean front room and can hear the ocean rushing up on the beach.

Cheryl does something every year with remodeling and upgrading. It's a heavenly place and we always feel almost like we are on a cruise.

Colony beach is a very nice place to stay. It has a great outdoor pool and the beach was right in the backyard.

The pool area was great, especially for the kids, and the courtyard has tables and chairs and grills that anyone can use. It's a great area. I highly recommend staying at Colony Beach for a nice getaway that's peaceful.

I can't even explain how wonderful the staff and management here are or how beautiful it is. There is a courtyard that overlooks the ocean and it's so beautiful.
