He is not to be trusted. He will say positive things to you in the office and then screw you when the pressure is on in court. I think his efforts are extremely weak and I get the impression you are as good as he thinks you are worth.

I went to Mr. Levitsky with a legal matter which I described to him. He said that he would consider it and get back with me. Then, without my permission or knowledge, he discussed this matter with opposing counsel and revealed privileged information to the opposing counsel. Then when I called him again, he said that he was not interested in representing me and hung up the phone. I believed that this man should NEVER be trusted.
