Actually I had a horrible experience with this company. However, this company has the rudest staff I have ever witnessed even the supervisor. (Terry) Unfortunately, due to a storm in the Houston area I went to this location for help just to fax pages to FEMA cause I didn't have money every penny I needed for gas and food so I wasn't able to pay to fax my documents. I'm a member of a work source and the houston area and know they help anyone. I went to this location hoping this coming company will open up there doors to someone like myself! No that didn't happen. To remind you I was sleeping and my car with kids waiting on FEMA to validate information so they can help me. I went here with jeans and a dress top without sleeves they immediately told me to exit. I explain to them I lost everything and I don't have nothing with me and I just need to fax something to FEMA so me and my family and go to a hotel. On the other hand, one of the staffs ask me to wear her jacket the other lady (Terry) told me to give her my identification to verify that I live and houston then she call her supervisor and spoke with him to enforce me to leave. He to me to make a complaint or leave. Then he came to the front the same staff lady laughed and nod her head while he explained why I wasn't good enough to use there equipment in that I should go to the nearest library down the street. I explain to him I don't have much at the moment and how fast y'all forgot about karin he replied so!
