I HIGHLY RECOMMEND no one ever call Turner Roofing. I had Reid create a proposal for roof repair, then called over a period of more than a week to cancel the job. I left numerous voicemails with his office staff. I was told I would receive a call back; not a peep for a week and a half. I came home one day to their work truck in my driveway tearing off my roof. When I confronted the contractor, he was defensive, rude and only apologized for not calling me back. He has now sent me a bill for the entire job and threatened to place a lien on my home. DO NOT CALL TURNER ROOFING! I am now reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau.
