I would like to recommend you find a service that treats their older clients fairly. They complete and charge for services at will. My mother paid $780 fora service that I completed after the October blizzard. They refused to arbitrate the complaint filed against them. Find a service that has you sign a contract upfront and also contacts you for permission before completing any work.
