Dean Propst Pressure Cleaning - Pressure Washing Service in Jacksonville, NC and surrounding areas up to 35 miles. Dean Propst Pressure Cleaning is a locally owned and operated power washing service providing outstanding quality and service to both residential and commercial customers. We clean siding, trim, roofs, decks, patios, walkways, pool decks, fencing, driveways, sidewalks and concrete curbs. We also clean the exterior of shopping center storefronts and sidewalks, restaurant drive-thru, curbs around parking lots, metal shop buildings and office buildings. We properly adjust our water pressure for each type of surface, from 300 PSI for cleaning delicate surfaces such as lanais and awnings up to 3,500 PSI for cleaning concrete surfaces. Our low pressure cleaning method is safe enough to place in front of your hand, yet powerful enough to remove stains caused by algae, mold, mildew, grime and debris on wood, vinyl, asphalt shingles, aluminum, glass, steel, stucco, masonry and painted surfaces. Because we take extra precautions, we are able to clean almost any surface without causing damage or discoloration. We also provide a very comprehensive rinse.
