My parents received the most horrible & disgusting customer service from this company. They didn’t speak when they entered her home , left boxes from merchandise, as well as didn’t even try the appliances out before they left. Basically left trash in there home, not to add on NON of the appliances they came out to fix worked. The lady that answers the phone is NO HELP at all just as rude. And when my parents asked why didn’t they take the boxes they told her they don’t have too, when they arrived in a WORK PICK UP truck. Overall this service is horrible , and lazy. These people do not care about you or your appliances only your money
