This is a very professional company that has been established for 17 years. They have built an outstanding reputation within the hispanic commounity. They do operate with a License and they have help countless homeowners lower there monthly mortgage payments. They have even save alot of people from losing their homes.. I highly recommend this company..

FRAUDE! Mucho cuidado con esta compania. Estan trabajando sin licencia desde 2004. Cuando alguien en verdad te va a ayudar jamas piden dinero para empezar que es algo que esta compania hace. Pero no tome mi palabra, haga su propio bosquejo. Ayer recibi un volante amarillo acerca de sus servicios y investigue la compania. Mucho cuidado! Beware of company. They are working without a license since 2004. When someone who is really going to help you, they dont ask for any money upfront which is something these guys do. Don't take my word for it, do your own research.

William Ham has been doing this for more than 20years. Yes this business ask for money up front. Know one is going to work for free. Doing modifications on your home there's never a graentee that you will be approve. Many do get approve you just have to be honest about your situation and for the record William has a license if not there's know way you could work doing modifications with the banks and most importantly the government. not even going to put his Id # out there but know your fax. Some are just upset when they try to fool the system or lie on there income to get approved. This was a blessing for my grandmother to not lose her home
