Customer service was a joke the day I went in. No one greets you or asks for your name or if you have an appointment. They make you feel like your bothering them just being there like its a hangout for just certain clients or friends. Place was dirty too, everyone says how great it is there and it might be but if the employees are that rude it don't matter. If you need a haircut save your time and money and go somewhere else. Swagger is a joke and overrated.
