This company came out to my home within several hours of my service request. A motor was out in my unit along with my thermostat needed replacing. All was taken care of in a timely manner and would recommend their services. thank you!

Horrible. The worst ever. No service, they never show up on time and it has taken multiple visits to get anything fixed. I have now wasted 2.5 days just WAITING for these people! There are serious communications problems here.

The technician was suppose to replace my high limit switch. So for a temporary fix he stated he bypassed it. I asked him would that cause the furnace to overheat and potentially cause a fire? He said all would be fine. Two days ago on the 17th, after returning from work my house was full of smoke and my floors covered in soot. I had to call the fire dept only to be told, what the tech did, caused a fire in my furnace causing it to crack. My attic door cracked because of the heat. I'm am livid to say the least.

I was actually very impressed with the quick response to my request through ahs. From the reviews that I was reading once doing my research they came out the next day made the repairs and everything is working great. The lady at the office was very helpful. I never write reviews but I thought I would!

I am an AHS member, this company responded quickly, came out the same day determined that my furnace needed to be replaced. They were back out Friday and had replaced. Would recommend.
