Wow! an excellent service. I had some electricial work to be done and I did not know where to turn. I decided to surf the internet to look for an electrician, and I came across American Current. First, I came across few electricians I found in Far Rockaway, but when I called them no one answered. It was like God inspired me to called American Current, so I did. A lovely voice answered the phone. I told him what my requests was. He said "no problem" and took the information down. We made the appointment for 6:30pm on Nov. 9/06. When I reached home, he called and he was on time. A wonderful man came, I showed him where I would like the lights installed, without hesitation he went to work and within a wink of the eyes he was finished. Let me say, this company will excel because of their efficiency, skillfulness and realibility. People, if you are looking for an electrician look no further, call them, I recommend them to you without hesitation.

I NEEDED TO HAVE AN UPGRADE AND CHANGE OF THE OLD FASHIONED FUSE BOX TOGETHER WITH ADDITIONAL WIRING I NEEDED IN VARIOUS AREAS. AFTER RECEIVING MANY ESTIMATES, THE JOB WAS GIVEN TO AMERICAN CURRENT AT A VERY REASONABLE COST. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB WELL DONE AND I RECOMMEND AMERICAN CURRENT TO ANYONE WHO IS IN NEED OF AN HONEST AND HARD WORKING PROFESSIONAL ELECTRICIAN

GREAT! Recessed lighting in my living room make the place look totally different. I got several quotes by people who, it turns, were going to overcharge, and take forever to finish the job. I got new recessed lights and a new electric box in very short time, like they promised, and the apartment was in perfect shape when they were done. You couldnt tell there was work done, and it looks great.Excellent service, fast, and fairly priced.
