My daughter received a broken trophy (was broken when the styrofoam container it shipped in was opened) and when I spoke with Rita, she blamed the coach (the coach never touched the actual trophy because it was already broken) and said she would not replace my child's trophy unless I paid her cost. That since she personally touched each trophy and it was okay when she saw it...it was impossible that the trophy broke in any sort of way other than her coach pulling it out of the container improperly. I repeat...it was broken as soon as the styrofoam was opened, it was never taken out of the box. I definitely would not recommend this vendor as they do not stand behind their product and blame the customer for any issues.
