Buyer's inspection by this company of our home. Inspector took pictures of "ongoing bat infestation" in our attic space. These were pictures of dead houseflies on light colored insulation. Bottom line - not a shred of evidence in the attic of bats. No feces, no animals, no nothing. Additionally, inspector did not leave things as he found them within the house - major one: the attic insulation batting that goes over the access panel door was just tossed to the side and not replaced upon his attic exit. Find someone else for your home inspection - someone who can tell a bat from third base.
