Provides college-level education to men in New York State prisons.

Rising Hope is a not-for-profit corporation made up entirely of volunteers who provide one year of college-level education to men in three New York State prisons since 1997. We welcome new volunteers who are willing to join our mission. Since we receive no funding from any federal, state or local governments, we welcome contributions to support our work.
