Worst experience as driver. First they have no organization and all the truck waiting block their entrance. So you have to walk to the guard and then they check you in. But it's not considered checked in you then go to door 16 and meet with Lisa the most rude demeaning person. When I asked her what to do she said read the signs as she continued on with her phone call laughing and ignoring her job duties. Once I figure out what to do she says your late go and wait in your truck and I'll call you. I got there at 730 by the time i walked o er and checked in with the guard and then had to figure out what to do it was now 744. I came back after 2 hrs waiting and asked if I'm al.ost up and with an attitude Lisa says go wait in your truck I said I would call you. It's now 3 hrs later and still no call finally after 3and half hrs she calls and gives me a door. During the wait time I spoke with 5 or 6 other drivers who said she is racist and hates her job. I thought she was rude and demeaning. I spoke to a asian driver he said she told him to get his truck and get the hell out of her yard. I went to the office and asked for her name which she denied to give me. Overall I cant believe Sam's club employs someone like this especially as a receiver for their company. I said she should treat people with more respect and her answer was you were late. Called my dispatch and requested I dont go back. I would never go back anyway.
