The service with Prisoner Assistant has been extraordinary! The Executive Assistants play a major role in giving the company more of an identity, making my experience as a customer that much more enjoyable. This is a one of a kind service that I recommend incarcerated men and women take full advantage of due to the excellent programs in re-entry and awesome forms of rehabilitation that can and will come about once you are signed up. Hellp my name is Alissia Sanders. I would like to thank the Prisoners Assisant Program, especailly Mr. Benanti ( Chief) what great person. Mr. Benanti was able to assist me with my husbands bank information. Explaining to me how to navigate on the prisones assistant website,showing me different views on how to find the catologs and etc.. When i orginally called about thei program, i was able to get good feed back from all the staff i became in contact with. Staff was very helpful and just pleasant. They all had great feedback. I just want to say thank you to all the staff even the ones i havent came in contact with you. This is such a great program for any inmate that is needing a bank account. Your able to get your funds within 2 weeks or sooner, verses, putting in a trust request from the facility that most of the time takes over a month or longer. Prisoner Assistant is exactly what society needs right now. After recently finishing up a class that taught about the current recidivism rates and potential theories behind why they may be so high, I began to do some research. I came across Prisoner Assistant and I am very impressed with the many services that the company provides for inmates. I would urge anyone interested to check out their options.

Personally, in my opinion, I think that the entire staff of Prisoner Assistant is doing an awesome job. I couldn’t be happier. Whomever came up with this idea to help us prisoners is brilliant (Michael Benanti- Founder and CEO). I mean, Prisoner Assistant obviously understands that everyone makes mistakes and deserves a second chance. And the more this catches on, the more men and women will choose to succeed and stay out of harm’s way. I can only say thank you to each and every staff member of Prisoner Assistant.
