I did not have a good experience with Pearce hardwood flooring. the coating applied to my floor should not have been used. It already had Aluminium oxide applied to the floor and they buffed them and applied polyurethane (oil) within 5 months it was peeling off. I contacted him in July and It took me until November for him to come out and look at them He then applied an water based polyurethane and it started peeling off. He said he would come and look at it but he never has. In Feb, I contacted someone else and they told me polyurethane should never had been put on these floors. He was a nice guy but very hard to get him to respond and put the wrong coating on my floor. wasted 2K
