My husband and I hired Dave last year for some remodeling projects. We couldn't be happier with the results. He completely changed the look of our kitchen. It now has that WOW factor. Other projects included fireplace rebricked, a wall opening, tile work, a partition wall being knocked down, custom vanities in the master bath. Everything looks fabulous. All subcontractors Dave uses he has worked with for many years ( plumber, bricklayer, tile setter). All did a great job. This is important when considering home remodel projects. Peggy, Dave's wife is in charge of the numbers, she is very involved to keep the numbers on target. Dave and Peggy were very helpful to keep costs down. Even when WE made changes along the way, she gave us all costs up front. No hidden costs at the end. Very important when trying to keep within your budget. Dave is exactly the kind of small business owner you want to hire when doing home remodeling projects. He also kept his word on the time frame it would take. Also, very important. I would highly recommend his company. I will hire him again for any future projects we may have.
