From my experience, the owners of this company, are stand-up individuals. However, be wary of this scheister who is employed by them. Here is my experience: Charles Ellsworth made me think that he wanted to purchase a website from my company, and he filled out a contract to do so. He had me bring in a graphic designer to explain in detail what we were going to do for him regarding the website development. The designer spent two hours going over everything in detail that we were going to be doing for Chapman Development. Charles acted very excited and told us to proceed with the site and we set a return appointment to follow up. When we went back for the scheduled appointment and Charles STOOD US UP. The receptionist notified him that we were there for our scheduled appointment, and we waited. Charles never came and he never called so we left. Several weeks later I got a call that he wished to cancel. Later that evening, I got a call from our web designer that Charles had gone onto the Chapman site and implemented all of the ideas from my graphic designer. I could not believe the lack of integrity that this guy portrayed. Nevertheless, I decided to let it go because I did not want to go through any legal hassles. Since then, I have noticed that Charles is spending the majority of his time at work trying to find ways to denigrate me and my employer on various websites. He is very classless and tastless.
