On March 23, 2023, Stand Up Guys came to my home to perform an estimate regarding removing my broken library shelf. While they were walking down the stairs, one of their workers accidentally broke a step on my staircase. They promised to repair it, but it's been several weeks and nothing has been done. I've called multiple times, but they keep giving me excuses and saying they'll get to it eventually. Not only did they cause damage to my property, but they're not taking responsibility for it or following through on their promises. It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone, as they clearly don't care about their customers or their workmanship.

Prompt, hardworking, and professional. These guys are really awesome. They helped me remove all the left over debris in our back yard. Very satisfied customer here.
