I am writing to leave positive feedback for a lady named Kim that works at the UPS hub in Daytona,Florida.
This lady went way out of her way to help me figure out what had happened to a package that was misplaced because it had been left on a UPS delivery truck.
She even called me back to give me this info I am thankfull for the service I received from this lady especialy in this day and age when great service seems to be an exception rather than the rule. Thankyou so much.
