If you pay your balance within 90 days they will still try to make you pay full price. That behavior is dishonest and shameful.
I called to make additional payments so i could pay my EPO price, the Okinus representative did the calculation and booked the additional payments, and they now say I was short for $100 by the 90 days , so i have to pay full price

The customer service provided today by Lashawn Watkins was top notch. Not only did she listen to me, she offered helpful information and solutions to aid me during this stressful time. She was very professional and offered the kind of customer service that we all would like to receive from any business

I would never recommend Okinus.. Let me tell you, i was a new customer- I set up an account with Okinus last December- and it wasnt necessarily for the Credit Solutions but i actually liked the furniture i picked out.. When it was dropped off to me the guys scratched some pieces up so that was a little frustrating. Then I live in AL, and we were out of work for a while.. I asked if i could get a few days extension on my account- I called CS and they said No, the furniture was damaged and they said oh well. did you move? then i find out i am paying for rental insurance, something like 30.00 a month. I have a home renters policy that covers me for 25,000 but OKinus didnt care no i still have to pay for a policy. I understand policies. i am a manager for a telecommunications company and a teach and train representatives daily on Customer Service... THe CS i have received from your company will make me never go back, i actually make your company a story that i tell all of my new hire groups which is about 30 -90 people a month. I tell them you work with peoples credit, so if you just like the furniture dont go, because they treat you like they owe you. I am so upset and still irritated at the treatment rec. I am still supposed to be paying on my account for another year, however i paid 1000 a few months ago and will proab be paying it off in Feb. I lke your furniture and wish i could go back in.
