Incredible. We needed a high efficiency filter installed. Many installers act like they know what they are doing. In fact they will simply do what they need to, to get it done but NOT necessarily done right. This can lead to thing not working efficiently, working differently than intended, and even being damaged prematurely. Hey, maybe you'll call them back for an expensive repair sooner instead of later, right? Not Keven (Monaghan Mechanical Inc. owner). Kevin KNOWS what he is doing and will not leave a job until it is done RIGHT. He encountered very significant unforeseen challenges with our install which cost him CONSIDERABLE time beyond what he had anticipated. He would not leave the job until all was ideal and then elected to bill for the original job despite the extra time required that he could not have easily anticipated. The bottom line is that the work he does is governed by principle and morality -- he works with a conscience first and foremost, he is knowledgeable beyond many, and applies this toward the highest quality work, and "the money" only comes in at the end for him. It is rare to find people doing business like this. I appreciate his effort enough I may actually post my review in as many places as possible to simply say, "thank you Kevin/ Monaghan Mech.!" Truly OUTSTANDING -AND- UPSTANDING! Seriously, thank you.

I really appreciate the great job Monaghan Mechanical did when they installed a new furnace and heat pump in my home. They completed the project on time and budget. I would recommend them to anyone.

Monaghan Mechanical responded to my residence after hours to fix what I thought was a problem with my AC. Kevin didn't hesitate and told me he would be at my house in 20 minutes. Kevin arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. Kevin ran some tests on my system and told me it was fine and that I had a dirty filter and that was the problem. I really appreciated his tips on how to keep my system running at its peak performance. I appreciated his honesty and integrity even more. I would recommend this company to anyone.
