Let me first start off by stating that if you can put up with the incredibly rude and incompetent staff the doctors are actually personable and professional. After seeking treatment for an injury which occurred due to the negligence of a third party for which I am awaiting settlement, I unfortunately was injured again and chose to go back to Comprehensive Orthopedics at both their Wallingford and Meriden locations since one is close to work. I was informed at one point that I was no longer eligible for treatment for they were demanding immediate payment for my initial injury. I promptly paid the bill in full and the woman stated that she would send a statement that the account was satisfied. I never received the statement in question, nor have I received a phone call or another statement since. Now I come to find out that they have turned my account over for collections so needless to say I am reporting my experience with the local BBB. Again, no contact whatsoever from either office regarding a balance due since I paid my bill in full which is just one more example of the staff's total lack of competence.
