This vile POS chased a 9 month old wolf pup until it was too exhausted to continue, ran it over, tapped it's mouth shut with duct tape, allowed his dogs to maul it, then paraded it around town before stopping at the Green River Bar in Daniel, WY. Once at the bar, he put a shock collar around the pup's neck and shocked her anytime she moved. All of the disgusting cowards in the bar mocked, laughed, and took pictures. Cody eventually killed the pup before doing god-knows-what-else to it. Justice for Hope, the innocent wolf pup.
