I recently worked with Triple R Surveying on a complex property issue, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for a team that combines high-tech precision with old-school Montana reliability, this is it. What really sets Triple R apart is the quality of their people. Every employee I interacted with was super friendly, well-mannered, and incredibly smart. It's refreshing to work with a crew that is not only highly technical but also resourceful when unexpected challenges pop up in the field. They carry themselves with a level of professionalism that represents the company perfectly. I was incredibly impressed by the gear they brought to the site. They utilized high-precision GPS and robotic total stations to ensure every boundary was spot on. It's clear they invest in the best technology to get the job done right the first time. There's a reason they are known as the "Detectives of the Land" around Helena. I had some very confusing old markers and potential encroachment issues, but they handled the retracement survey with total professional ease. They did the deep research required to clear up the confusion and filed the Certificate of Survey flawlessly. Unlike a lot of firms where you're just a number, the team at Triple R actually answers the phone. They were transparent about the timeline, professional on-site, and took the time to explain the technical results in "plain English" so I actually understood what I was looking at. Whether you need a simple mortgage survey or a complex topographic map, these are the folks to call. Reliable, local, and incredibly skilled. 5 stars all the way!
