Absolutely THE WORST taxi service I have ever encountered. So much so, that I am filing a formal complaint with the Public Service Commission of West Virginia against them. Extremely RUDE and Unprofessional drivers who get away with their lack of customer service due to lack of competition for services. As they are one of 2 that service Jefferson County, WV these rivers feel as if they can speak to their PAYING customers as if they were dogs. If you want to be disrespected then call these jerks. If you want to get to your destination...walk.
