24 hour Full Service Oilfield Company. John Hochleutner is a lifelong Santa Maria resident, and he is active in many industry and community based operations. John has over 40 years experience in the Petroleum Industry and was a Corporate general Partner in Pacific Petroleum for 32 years, managing the day to day field operations, setting goals and developing resources to obtain those goals. Using his expertise to design, initiate, and develop a true 24 hour full service oilfield company; John founded our company to continue the management of historical E & P service needs for all of our old and new clients. Utilizing the designed resources (labor pool and additionally acquired all equipment that was developed in previous operations) gives Pacific Petroleum many years of safe compliant work force.
