Guardian Angel Settlement Association provides early childhood education, emergency assistance and self-sufficiency programs. These include but are not limited to: Early Childhood Development Center, Family Advocacy, Client-Choice Food Pantry, Rental/Utility Assistance, Medicine/Co-Pay Assistance, Thrift Store/Clothing Bank, Life Skills Counseling and Employment/Education Referrals.
