This company incorrectly installed outside facing walls and refused to fix them correctly. ADAM LEIBOWITZ, ANDY NEUMAN, and his team at Alta Constructors were the principles in building District Lofts downtown Nashville. They cut many corners during this construction which caused the outside facing patio door and windows to rot and leak causing even more extensive damage inside the house. One corner that my contractor noticed was the lack of primer on the outside of this door as well as improperly installed brick footer. This footer then caused a positive slope in the threshold forcing all water to the inside of the unit. The door frames that were used were bought in a close out sale and were faulty by design yet they used them anyway fully knowing this defect. They attemted to fix the ones people complained about but they installed the same doors the same way. So in other words lets fix the problem with the same problem. They didnt "fix" anything. Now that the states statue of repose has expired they simply said we arent responsible and will not help in anyway. I would be very careful buying any home this company builds or even develops. I have spoken to some ex-employees for these guys that stated basically they will do anything to cut a corner to build a home as cheap as possible to maximize profit. BUYER BEWARE!
