I would not do business with this company..... Oh they sound great on the phone and are very apologetic, but good luck on getting them to deliver on what they tell you. In my case they never showed up. Now I am a reasonable person. I saw one of their ads on Craigslist and called on a Monday. They scheduled a service call for Wednesday of that week, with a window of 4 hours. They said that Brandi the tech who would be coming out, would call me 30 minutes prior to coming. When the window came and went I called and was told she was running behind and would be there in an hour. That hour came and went, so I called again to get an update. I was told that she needed another hour. Yes you guess it, still no Brandi. I called once again after that hour came and went and was told she was around the corner, 10 minutes away. Another hour goes by and now all I get is a voice mail. Oddly enough they answered my call on Monday and again on that Wednesday with no issue. But now nothing. They have very good phone manners, and again apologized every time they took my call. Honestly I was not even mad with them, until they completely blew me off. So if you want to reward a business with this sort of behavior, then by all means do so, but let me tell you that you are doing a disservice to your fellow consumers! If these 'service related' companies get away with treating us consumers this way, customer service as we know it will all but disappear - and it is already bad enough!
