This place is horrible, they go to schools and recruit extern's with a chance to hire but they never do. The owner uses externs to do all his office work to make it look like he's got a strong running business but it's not. They have been using free labor for years now and haven't hired not a single person. I lost 2 job opportunities externing for these guys thinking that they were a good company. I wouldn't waste my time with such a awful company. The owner is so cheap you would think he would buy his externs even a pizza or something for lunch, but nope, smh. I hate Soltech Solar Inc!!! Wasted my precious time for nothing.

I have been hired on to Soltech Solar. I'm currently the lead IT tech in the office. I'm having a great time this being my first office job in years. I would definitely recommend this career opportunity to anyone.
