We meet them at a Trade Show in Nashville. We hired them to do an APP for a large client of ours after we demoed online them what our requirements were. They said they could do meet them, we paid the $1k deposit and when the APP was finally delivered it did not meet any of the requirements. We immediately pointed out the this issue and they tried to get us to have our client change their processes. We lost the account and they won't refund our $1k. These guys are crooks! DO NOT DO Business with them, their APP development work is a "shell" - my IT guys called their APP a "Fake" APP. Buyer beware!

Someone from this business, I believe (telephone number 615-712-9161, caller ID Madison Web Tec), called to speak with the owner of our business. After I said she was unavailable and offered to take a message, he said "It's ok," and hung up. This isn't unusual, but a little off-putting (the owner of our business is out of the office, but even if she were in, she would call them back if she were interested in their services based on the message). I have been instructed to ask businesses that do not leave messages to remove us from their calling list. I rang back the number to do so, and reached perhaps the same gentleman. He asked several questions as though I were cold-calling them, even though I said I was calling them back. Then, once he understood that I was asking not to be contacted in the future, he rudely told me that businesses didn't have a right to be removed from lists, and hung up on me. This is not the best way to get customers.
