Paul the pool guy was hired to provide pool cleaning service. Two weeks in a row he arrived checked chemicals only reportedly due to rain. He did not come an alternate date to clean the pool. When called to inquire about the failure to provide the service, he made excuses and stated other pool cleaning services would not have shown up at all on a rainy day. It seems to me that good service would be to arrange for an alternate day to provide the service.
