DO YOU KNOW NEIL DECKER FROM HAWKEYE BUGGIES? HE SCAMMED ME WITH $2300. I ORDERED A CHASSIS FROM HIM. HE NEVER SENT IT TO ME. I paid Neil Decker hawkeye buggies for my chassis $1900 in 2011 January, now it`s 2012 June, and I still don`t have a chassis. I cannot even contact with Mr. "Hawkeye".He told me he was working for FEMA with the first response team He said we will see how much is the weight difference, and I would pay for the shipping difference accordingly. This was on April 16th, and since then I had to contact a lawyer, so Mr. Decker said I still owe him $500, which I paid again,(stupid me),and now he dissappeared again, I can't get into contact with him. He won't answer my phone calls, he won't e-mail back to me. There are some times when I'm able to contact his wife on the phone. When I ask for Neil, she stays quiet for a few seconds, and then tells me he is not home, he is working with FEMA. Do I believe this? This is going on for almost two years. I HAVE ALL E-MAILS BETWEEN US, THE MONEY ORDER COPIES, AND HIS EXCUSES IN E-MAILS. His name is: Neil Decker. We had a bad experience with Neil Decker at Hawkeye Buggies in Hawkins, TX. He was suppose to restore our Dune Buggy, it went from a $5,000 dollar project to a $7,000. Everything he told us that he was going to do, may have been done, but nothing was right. Our buggy drove better before Neil got it. We have so much more to say, but as before said, there were too many things to say bad about Neil Decker, but I will stop there. BEWARE, do not let him do any work without a written contract.
