Being new to central Florida, I was very apprehensive when my pool had to be filled about every other day. The weekly maintenance folks said the pool must have a leak somewhere and offered to look for it. While their routine services are fine, I really wanted a specialist, someone who deals with the problem on a daily basis. An internet search identified several companies, a few of which were not too far from my home. A search of Angie's list resulted in a few recommended companies and I then looked at the ratings those folks were given by the Better Business Bureau. Florida Leak Locators was right at the top of the group so I gave them a call. The two ladies who answer the phone sold me on the company. They gave me a wonderful first impression of the company with their knowledge, friendliness, and efficiency. Within the week, a staff member was at my home, identified the areas leaking, and fixed them! All without having to drain the pool. I knew that my in-ground pool had a leak somewhere but of cause i could not find it because i did not know were to look ; and mind you i looked every where ; and still could not find it for days so a friend gave me the name and number of Florida Leak Locators and i set a appointment. Within no more than a half hour of testing and looking they found my leak . I would have never found it ; down at the base of my skimmer was a crack and the skimmer has to be replaced . We knew we were losing water in our pool so we were referred to you by our pool company. Your representative Steven came to our house as scheduled with his large duffle bag of gear and after a short discussion of the problem he went right to work. I was so impressed how methodical and thorough he was stepping through the process; listening on headphones, applying dye and actually immersing himself in the pool. The result was he found two leaks, one at the pump where a gasket needs replacement and one in the pool itself that he patched on the spot. All this took place in less than an hour with no extra charges over the original quoted fee. Thanks to Steven and your company for a very efficient and effective job!
