BAD COMPANY...Company not polite to members of homeowners association and takes advantage of them

I agree that this is a BAD COMPANY they have billed me over $300 since I purchased my home less than a year ago. So much for a $60/yr HOA. I would not purchase a property within this HOA again.

This business is the biggest scam!!! Ryan Bonham is not ethical in his business practices! I would sale my property just so I wouldn't have to deal with him or he's shady company!!!!

Rude, deceptive, and unprofessional. Dealing with this company and it's staff is a complete fiasco. They are led by terrible ownership and management. I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs. Anyone may contact me at anytime for a full disclosure of my experience with them. These guys also have a reputation of astroturfing sites. I know this because they did it from the false/negative side to my site. If they are capable of doing it negatively, they are definitely capable of creating a bunch of false positives for their own reviews as well. If you go across different review sites, they have the same exact reviews posted on a number of different sites. I believe they do this from time to time to bury the legitimate negative reviews.

ACS is a BAD company. There is no communication and no transparency. Ryan Bonham is unethical. Avoid Ryan and this company at all costs.
