Sergey is outstanding! Today, he solved a problem with our 2005 Honda that was created by the dealership when we purchased it new. The dealer had installed an alarm system into our car without our permission. We did not want this system and instructed the dealer to remove it. They did, but did not return the car's wiring to the original condition. The dealer left us with a problem that totally disabled the car this week when we used a newly cloned key (from another dealership) to unlock the car. Sergey logically and systematically isolated the trouble (the original dealer removed the brain of the alarm, but did not restore the original wiring .. leaving us with a problem.) Sergey explained what he found, repaired the problem quickly, and all is good now. I would highly recommend Sergey. He is the best!
