Don't give this company a credit card number! They will overcharge and use it at their discretion. Delivered dumpster late, picked it up late, while the neighborhood decided to use it and charged my card multiple charges on multiple days. Paid nearly 50% more than quoted and got the attitude on the phone when calling about it. Unreliable and unethical.

Please believe me when I say that this company does not have the basic integrity that you'd expect every customer-focused business to have. My experience talking to the company representatives and company owner were nothing short of enraging.   I was driving down the highway behind one of their dumpster trucks and, out of nowhere, three wooden planks flew out of the top of their truck and hit the front of my car, leaving me with a broken headlight, scraped and dented bumper, and a large scratch on my hood. The driver did not notice and went on driving away. I called A1 Rolloffs to ask them for their insurance information and I received an e-mail address to send the incident details to. After waiting 5 days for a response, I reached out again and was told that they no longer use or check the e-mail address I was originally given. I then received a call from the owner of A1 Rolloffs. I explained the situation and as I was about to finish my explanation, I was interrupted with the owner saying that my story did not make sense and the events did not line up. He said that they have invested a lot of money into the technology that would secure the dumpster's loads and that the events I explained could not have occurred. I asked him if he had seen the pictures I had sent, namely the one that showed a wooden plank sticking out of the top of the dumpster truck. Despite this point, he continued to tell me that my evidence made no sense. The remainder of the conversation consisted of the owner denying any responsibility for his company's negligence. I did not even receive assurance that they would investigate the incident to ensure their equipment was working properly and that their safety protocols were being followed.   Throughout this entire timeline, I've been working with my insurance company to try to retrieve some type of reimbursement for the damages done to my car. The cost to repair the damage done to my car was over $2,500. I urge you to think about whether or not you want to give this company your business. I can't speak for the quality of the services they provide their direct customers, but I think the actions and responses they showed in my situation go to the core of their business model, that is to say, a true lack of integrity and complete disregard for the safety and well-being of the people they come into contact with.

Such a great experience getting a dumpster from them! I can’t recommend them enough! Their customer service was very helpful and they were able to get a dumpster to me right away!
