This company is pathetic and extremely unreliable. Please do your self a favor and avoid the inconvenience of dealing with them. Your merchandise will get lost and they won’t resolve more than making up excuses. Not worth the chance!

This company is like a disfunctional nightmare. Horrible cust. service, how hard is it to call a customer back? My delivery is 3 hours late & doubt I will see it tonite. Bad bad bad business!

Avoid At All Costs! I called on Wednesday and was told the delivery was scheduled for that day, but the driver was running late. I paid two employees to stay late but they never showed. I called on Friday and was told I had a confirmed appointment for delivery on Saturday between 10 am 3 pm. I asked her to confirm it was a Saturday delivery and she confirmed it. Today is Saturday: I couldn't reach anyone by phone, so I found All Freight Trucking on Facebook and sent them a DM. The reply was that "I had some misinformation" and they don't deliver on weekends. I was told I'd need to call on Monday to schedule a delivery and was told, "No one ever promised you delivery on Saturday." I've lost $350 paying employees to wait on confirmed deliveries from All Freight Trucking that never came.
