This company sent a locksmith to the house I live in Sedona, AZ and changed the locks with my pet inside. There was no written 48 hour request to come by as provided by Arizona law. My dog was locked inside! After that they rep came by and intimidated my minority, non-native roommate to leave immediately by threatening eviction and police. How crazy. I would recommend they ease up on people the live in the homes they buy and follow the law when trying to get the house ready to sell.
