I've experienced several instances where staff kept me on the hold line and then forgot to answer the phone. My previous family doctor, Dr. Ken H. Ng, was consistently late for work at the McCowan Road and Wooten Way North clinics; even with an appointment, patients often had to wait at least 35 minutes for their turn. The longest wait I had was one hour and 22 minutes. He sexually harassed me three times. It happened twice while listening to my lungs breathing with a stethoscope, when he forcibly pulled down my collar without my permission and reached inside my clothes, exposing my bra. I know it was completely unnecessary! To date, he is the only doctor I've encountered who has behaved in such a ridiculous manner. During another physical exam in 2020, I perceived he deliberately pulled my blue cloth gown up to my waist twice without my consent to perform an electrocardiogram, leaving my entire breast exposed to him, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable, embarrassed, and harassed. According to my previous examination experience with other doctors, nurses, and lab staff, he shouldn't have done this. Furthermore, he didn't have a female staff member present during the examination, which was extremely inappropriate. Dr. Ng's behaviour was excessively unprofessional, demonstrating a marked lack of respect and causing considerable offence, resulting in me feeling frustrated, resentful, and irritated. I haven't seen Dr. Ken H. Ng since 2021. I want to warn all my female patients to be careful with him and not let him take advantage of their bodies. If I could, I would rate him zero. Shame on you, Dr. Ken H. Ng!
