His youngest son, Anton, worked for his father every summer during school and then finally joined the family oriented business full time in 2001 after completing his engineering degree. In 2007, the company had grown to a point where Ludwig and Anton needed help managing the company. The natural choice for the job was Ludwig's oldest son Philip. In the ten years since Philip obtained his engineering degree, he has worked for companies such as Celestica, JDS Uniphase and Vasogen.
