The first time I worked with Mr. Ma, he made architectural plans for my extension to my home. He was easy to work with, fairly priced and did everything needed. He was patient even when I had to make changes for a door location and he resubmitted amendments. The second time we worked together, he created plans for my office and everything went through on schedule with the buildings department. I am greatful for his thoroughness and expertise. I highly recommeded him to a friend with a C of O problem which he was able to correct.
