Award-winning custom homes built with sustainability, purpose, and 40 years of experience. With over 40 years of experience in designing, planning, and building, Altmann Construction is the regional leader for custom homes that are true to their owners. We’re known for our dedication to craftsmanship, commitment to sustainability, and the noticeable quality in our homes. It’s these principles that have earned Altmann Construction multiple awards from the Builders Association of Northern Nevada, including the coveted “Builder of the Year” award for our founder, Fred Altmann. With our unique focus on the craft and art of home building, we create tasteful structures that blur the line between form and function. It’s our goal to ensure everyone who designs, builds, works in, or lives in an Altmann is proud to say so.
